The Plants Chose You: An Intuitive Tea Ceremony
Rayna Hervis of Soil and Stardust
Tune into the nature within and around you in this 90-minute workshop. You will be guided to tune into your intuition through a mindfulness practice to connect to your senses before intuitively picking your own herbal tea blend. While we drink our tea, Rayna will discuss the medicinal and spiritual qualities of each herb chosen and how your inner knowing guided you to this unique combination of herbs. To further solidify your relationship to these plants, you will be guided into a journey to connect with the spirit of a plant and have the opportunity to ask them anything related to your healing and receive their wisdom.

Intro to Herbalism & Immune Health
with Shawn McStravick of Anam Cara Path
As the seasons shift and winter approaches, we are invited to return to the wisdom of our ancestors and the ways they worked with the plants to nourish, strengthen, and care for themselves through the colder months. In this gathering, we will explore the foundations of herbalism, deepen our understanding of the immune system, and get to know some of the plant allies that have offered their medicine for generations.
Together, we will discover how herbs support the body's natural defenses, explore their traditional medicinal uses, and learn simple ways to safely incorporate herbal medicine into our daily lives. This is an invitation to remember the wisdom of the plants and deepen our relationship with the medicine of the earth.
