- ➤ Cabarrus County Government offices close Monday, May 26 for Memorial Day and reopen Tuesday while library branches operate today and Saturday but close Monday—county parks remain open during the holiday weekend. The Camp T.N. Spencer pool opens Saturday, May 24 for the season, mini golf resumes Monday, and the landfill and hazardous waste facility will also be closed Monday as Republic Services continues its normal schedule.
