➤ On Friday morning in downtown Concord, Chief Deputy Tessa Burchett received the Robert J. Eury Award during the Law Enforcement Day and Peace Officers Memorial where community members and local leaders honored her compassionate leadership—she was praised by Sheriff Van Shaw and other colleagues for her professionalism, integrity, and commitment to public service.
