About this event
Our CoreCOACH in Training classes are led by one of the most recent additions to our coaching team, and they are brand new to teaching this type of workout! These coaches have crushed our training program and are ready to introduce you to Pilates. Intensified. on the CoreFORMER, these classes are just the first few classes they are teaching on our schedule. You can expect the same full-body workout, spending equal times in all muscles groups, as our traditional CoreFORMER class, and all the shakes you know and love!
