Deep Stretch with Sound Experience

About this event

This special Deep Stretch class targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings, and upper back. Postures are held for extended periods to allow for a deep opening and reduced tension throughout the body. Class ends with an extended Sivasana and sound experience which includes crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes, leaving you feeling physically, mentally, and energetically rejuvenated.
